"Record"; 1889-1891; 1 vol.; 1891-1895, 1 vol.; 1903-1905; 1 vol.; 1915-1920, 1 vol.; 1922-1926, 1 vol.; 1926--, 1 vol.; these records are conference records and contain accounts of meetings of church conference, business transacted, such as financial reports of the church; located in the church office, corner of Hogan and Caroline Streets; condition poor. Records prior to 1889 are lost, also from 1895-1903; 1905-1915; 1926--. L.M. Argrett, church clerk, states that there are minutes kept (see attached sheet.)

(Marriages and Deaths): 1907--; 7 vols.; containing names, ages, dates and addresses of couples married, also, a register of deceased members, dates of death, names, ages and dates of burial; located I the home of the pastor, Rev. John E. Ford, 1220 Hogan Street; condition good; prior records are lost. These records were not available for personal inspection.

(Membership) 1925--; 1 file box containing 890 cards for year 1938; containing a record of members from district 1 to 12, showing name, address, when joined, where from; how membership was terminated by death, letter or expulsion; located in the church office, northwest corner of Hogan & Caroline Streets;

"Auditors Report"; 1922-1938; 15 pamphlets; containing yearly reports of collections and disbursements submitted to church conference by the auditor; located in church office, northwest corner of Hogan & Caroline Streets. Condition good. These reports were not made prior to 1922, prior similar records kept in "Record" described in Item 22 (a). The report for 1939 has not been made.
