Turkey Noodle Bake
1/2 C Milk
1 Can mushroom soup
3 beaten eggs
2 1/4 C fine noodles, raw
2 C Cooked turkey, cubed
1 C soft bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 C shredded sharp Amer. Cheese
1/4 C shopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. Chopped pimento
Cook noodles and drain well. Blend milk into soup. Stir in eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 12" x 7" pan. Bake at 350 [degrees] for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Chicken or Crowned Hamburger may be used in place of Turkey.

Recipe for turkey noodle bake written by Maryann Pallanti of Cape Coral, Florida. Pallanti was at that time president of the Cape Coral Homemakers group. The recipe was found in the papers of Hedwig Michel, a leader of the Koreshan Unity in Estero. The recipe appears to date to around 1975, when Michel was in the process of compiling a cookbook.
