This film includes shots of underwater explosions in the Wakulla River and Springs. Armed troops patrol through the woods. In the water, promoter and expert swimmer Newt Perry holds up large roots and stumps apparently dislodged by the explosions. The film shows a young man using a small movie camera. A GMC DUKW amphibious vehicle, or "Duck,” with troops on board moves through the springs, emerges on land and goes back into the water. A Wakulla Springs tour boat is in the distance. The film includes underwater footage of the Duck.
