  • One reel to reel recording (28:10 minutes) A review of three events at the Memorial: the concert by the St. Petersburg Male Chorus in honor of Foster's death (January 13th), the Jeanie With the Light Brown Hair contest (February), and a week-long stay of internationally-known carillonneur June Albright. Holz was the Jeanie winner for 1963. Gerald Marks, a popular song writer, was a judge for the contest. These programs were created in the early 1960s by the Stephen Foster Memorial to promote the park and its activities, as well as to educate the public about Stephen Foster and Florida folk music.
