This wax statue of Pedro Menendez de Aviles, founder of Saint Augustine, is on loan from the Potter Wax Museum in Saint Augustine to the Quadricentennial Festival at Pensacola. It, with many other replicas of famous personages, is to be seen in the main building built for that purpose in Pensacola.
