General Note
Accompanying note "The combination lanai and screened pool of Col. and Mrs. Robert H. Wheat of Fort Lauderdale has many advantages. Opening directly behind their traditionally furnished living room, this is indoor-outdoor living at its best -- informal, beautiful, breeze swept, and bug free. A translucent plastic roof over the lanai keeps out rain but admits a lot of light. The open air recreation area has two outside entrances and dressing rooms so wet bathing suits can be disposed of outside of the "dry" part of the house."
