1732 pillar dollar recovered from wreck of Spanish galleon off Plantation Key. This is the first round coin made by the Spanish and 1732 is the first year they were minted. The museum, owned by treasure diver Arthur McKee, is located at Treasure Harbor, U.S.1, on Plantation Key, 5 miles south of Tavernier.
