Fortress is museum of relics and treasure recovered from wrecks along the keys and in the Gulf of Mexico. Huge anchor is from wreck of Spanish galleon sunk in hurricane of July 1733. The museum, owned by treasure diver Arthur McKee, is located at Treasure Harbor, U.S.1, on Plantation Key, 5 miles south of Tavernier.
