Accompanying note "Smith Furniture Factory-- T.L. Magnasco removes a glued up board for a table top from the revolving gluing machine. Glue is applied between the edges of the boards and the section is clamped in the machine. Heat is applied as the conveyor system makes one revolutiion. When the section returns to the front end of the machine it is ready to be removed. In this continueous process a treated section is removed and another takes its place. When several boards have been glued together, the section is stronger at the joints than any other point. Glue used is waterproof and makes a permanent bond."
