Biographical Note
Chief Justice Kogan was born in New York City on May 23, 1933 and moved with his family to Miami Beach in 1947. He served as a Florida Supreme Court Justice from January 30, 1987 to December 31, 1998 (Chief Justice 6/3/1996-July 1998).
