Biographical Note
Francis Beauregard Carter was born in Jackson County on August 12, 1861. He served as a Florida Supreme Court Justice for 8 years, 5 months from January 11, 1897 until May 25, 1905. Francis B. Carter died in Pensacola on January 9, 1937.
