Richard Parks began working at Evon Streetman Photography in Tallahassee ca. 1963. Streetman later sold the business and studio to Parks when she moved to Gainesville about 1965. The studio was renamed Richard Parks Photography.
Biographical Note
Born on February 1, 1895. Son of Robert Livingston Ireland and Kate Benedict Hanna. He married Margaret Allen (died 1961) in 1918. Second marriage to Louise Ireland Grimes (died April 25, 2001) in 1967. Mr. Ireland had joint ownership of Foshalee and several other plantations with David S. Ingalls until the families divided their holdings. Mr. Ireland retained Foshalee. Robert Livingston Ireland, Jr. died on April 21, 1981.
