Mrs. Dorothy W. Glisson, 17th Secretary of State. Served: July 8, 1974-January 7, 1975. Her right hand holds the Graet Seal of Florida which was presented to her by Governor Reubin Askew. Askew appointed Mrs. Glisson after Stone resigned to run for the U.S. Senate.
