Scene looks southward along Morgan Street from Polk Street tracks of Atlantic Coast Line Railroad. At right center is old DeSoto Hotel. Immediately behind DeSoto may be seen the balustrade atop Tampa's Post Office. Behind Post Office, top floor and penthouse of Hillsboro Hotel are visible. Sacred Heart Church is in center background."
