General Note
The "Shamrock" was built in 1864 at Columbus, Georgia. A stern wheel steamer that weighed 272 tons, there is no record after 1869.
"C.D. Fry" was built in 1865 at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It snagged 32 miles below Columbus, Georgia on October 26, 1871.
"Jackson" was built in 1860 at Brownsville, Pennsylvania. A stern wheel steamer that weighed 284 tons. Its home port was Apalachicola, Florida. It burned at New Orleans, Louisiana in 1872.
"Barnett" was built in 1865 at Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. A stern wheel steamer that weighed 311 tons. Its home port was Apalachicola, Florida. It collided with a survey schooner on April 12, 1871 at Apalachicola.
