"In recognition of his 25 years with Pan Am, Adam Kralik, left, oldest international airline employee in point of service in Miami, Monday (September 15, 1952) is honored on the job by Wilbur L. Morrison, vice president in charge of Pan Am's Latin American division, and is presented his 25 year service pin, Kralik, the first man so recognized in the division, joined Pan Am approximately six weeks before the infant airline made the first airmail flight between the U.S. and a foreign country on October 28, 1927 from Key West, Florida, to Havana. Kralik was on hand in Havana as "chief mechanic" to freet that first flight."
