General Note
This two and one-half-story wood frame residential building was built circa 1877. As an example of Queen Anne style architecture it has an irregular plan consisting of a clipped gable main unit and a flat hip tower. The residence was later officially listed as a contributing structure to the Crescent City Historic District added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1996.
