The Lake Mirror Promenade (also known as the Frances Langford Promenade) is a 21-acre, 20-foot wide decorated walkway surrounding Lake Mirror that was designed by noted NY Landscape Architect C. Wellford Leavitt circa 1928. It was later added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places on January 27, 1983. It is roughly bounded by South Ingraham Avenue, East Lime Street, Bartow Road, Hollingsworth Road, and McDonald Place. The district contains 201 historic buildings.
