General Note
The Atlantic Coast Line freight station, at left, was later converted to the Suwannee County Historical Museum in 1993. Note the Union Passenger Depot in the distance at right. Built in 1909, it was later purchased in 1984 by Pride in Action and moved to its current location north of the freight depot to save it from destruction. On April 24, 1986 the Union Depot and Atlantic Coast Line Freight Station was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
