Number on back at upper right: 13622N. Rail service was later discontinued after the Labor Day Hurricane of 1935 struck the area, which irreparably destroyed the railroad in the upper keys.
Accompanying note: "This most beautiful viaduct consists of 100 semi-circular graceful arches, each 50 feet wide. It was one of the first great bridges to be built of concrete. At the north end of this viaduct is Long Key, where the famous fishing camp by that name is located."
