Dear Mrs. Bolton:
We are very pleased that the Report of the President's Task Force on Women's Rights and Responsibilities was released today and, especially that along with it Secretary Shultz was able to publish new Sex Discrimination Guidelines which are applicable immediately to Government contractors and subcontractors. We thus have done something tangible, as well as set forth longer range goals.
We would be glad to receive your comments.
With all good wishes,
Very truly yours,
