General Note
Built in 1886 by Vicente Martinez-Ybor, the cigar factory covers an entire city block between 8th and 9th avenues and 13th and 14th streets. C. E. Parcell is credited as the building's architect. It was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places on November 15, 1972.
