Willis Jiles (formerly Giles), Tuskegee Institute trained cobbler. "One of the first black owned business in Tallahassee." Born: 1874. Married: Sadie. Fathered: 2 children. Married: Susie Rebecca Baker in 1910. Died: 1963. In the late 1920's his shoe shop was in the Union Bank Building.
