General Note
Accompanying handwritten note on back: "I made this representation of Cellular Cosmogony in 1916. It is run by electricity + shows - 1st The actual motion of the sun causing night + day + the seasons, 2nd The movement of the stars and the general movement of the moon + planets. In a more costly one I can show the actual motions of the planets + the moon. 3rd It shows plainly 6 mos. night + day, alternately, at the poles. 4 When running in a dark room it shows the real curve of the moon. The globe of glass represents the earth's crust, left-clear above the equator so as to show plainly the inside . The map of the land surface was printed on the inner surface with my left hand. The globe has an inner sun as well as outer (the sun msu[?]). It has been seen in action in my office by thousands + been the means for[?] interesting many in Koreshanity."
