Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
Accompanying note: "The dome on Florida's Old Capitol got a $600,000 facelift in fall-winter 2011-2012, as workers fixed leaks and restored the copper dome of the 1902 building. Workers refurbished from scaffolding around the dome."
