  • Two black and white prints. Wise won the Florida Folk Heritage Award in 1989. From North Florida, he later played with bluegrass great Bill Monroe at the Grand Old Opry and across the South. He later played with other bluegrass musicians, such as Earl Scruggs, Lester Flatts, and Clyde Moody. He and his wife moved back to Florida in 1984.
