Richard Parks began working at Evon Streetman Photography in Tallahassee ca. 1963. Streetman later sold the business and studio to Parks when she moved to Gainesville about 1965. The studio was renamed Richard Parks Photography.
Later renamed the Winewood Country Club. In December of 1981 the golf course was purchased by the City of Tallahassee and in 1999 Hilaman Park completed the renovation of all greens, tees and bunkers. Named for former City Commissioner Sheldon "Shad" Hilaman.
Identified on the left is FSU sports trainer Don Fauls.
