Webb's City was located in St. Petersburg at 9th Street and 2nd Avenue South. It began as a small store in 1925 by James Earl "Doc" Webb (1899-1983) and eventually expanded to a bazaar of 77 stores covering 7 city blocks. It closed on August 18, 1979.
