  • Charles was born in 1870 at Jacks Pond, Santa Rosa County. Married Lula Mae Henry in 1898. He died in 1937 at Milton. He was a pharmacist for Bagdad Land and Lumber Company and later owned a Milton drugstore on Front Street.
