Built on the East side of Gadsden Street in the block North of McDaniel about 1924 by Dr. Kent Johnston. The Sanitarium and lot were appraised at $28,662.40 by J. Edwin White in October 1946. The Nurses home was appraised at $13,496. Later became the Forsyth Memorial Sanitarium & Hospital.
