FERA project 13-193: 13-B3-157 completed the interiors of the rooms on the ground floor.
The Miami Beach Public Library and Art Center was designed in 1930 by Russell Pancoast, grandson of Miami Beach pioneer John A. Collins. It later became the Bass Museum of Art in 1963.
