DeWitt Everett Williams was State Agent of Negro Schools in Florida, 1927-1962, for the Department of Education.
Dr. Richard V. Moore was President of Bethune Cookman College 1947-1974. He was later recognized as a "Great Floridian" with a commemorative panel for significant contributions to the history and culture of Florida.
