Accompanying note "Nancy Wakeman, A Palm Beach socialite testifies as the last witness before The House Impeachment Committee voted unanimously to recomeend that Justice David McCain be impeached Thursday. Mrs. Wakeman testified that she contributed $1,000 to McCain's campaign fund prior to McCain's decision as an appeals judge which dropped all charges against Mrs. Wakeman in the shooting of her husband. Mrs. Wakeman stated however that she had no knowledge McCain handled the appeal decision."
