The district, roughly bounded by Blount, Palafox, Wright, and De Villers streets, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
Designed by Charlie Hill Turner and completed around 1905, this historic house currently (2011) serves as the Noble Manor Bed and Breakfast.
