Selections include: Fletcher Henderson and his Orchestra 1925, NY, "Pensacola" written by ______ [??] Rose Unidentified song, written Kelly and Paul Wier, performed by the W.S Handes Orchestra in Memphis, Sept. 24, 1917 and recorded by Columbia. Paul Wier was a native of Pensacola. Jelly Roll Morton, "King Porter Stomp," recorded in mid-1938 by Circa. Porter was from Pensacola. Sam Morgan's Jazz Band, "Bogalussa Street," recorded October 22, 1927 in New Orleans, Columbia Records Billy and Deedee Pierce, "Big Mammoo," recorded in New Orleans. Pierce was from Pensacola

One digital audio tape (DAT). The stage was the site for the 2000 State Fiddlers Competition. Nelson, Keeney, and Jones gave demonstrations of fiddling, and was not competing. Zanders, Watkins, and Headly competed in the contemporary category. Zanders & Leedham, Malinowski & Agar, Hartman & Thomas, and Headly & Roberts competed in the Twin fiddle category. Moore competed in the Rustic fiddle category. The Florida State Fiddle Contest was held each year at the Festival on Saturdays (the stages varied from year to year). The winners were allowed to perform on the Main Stage that evening.

She talks about "corn cob jelly" and learning to cook from her mother. She also discusses the transition from homemade quilting materials to bought and explains her homemade quilting frame. She observes that folklore is surviving but constantly changing. She talks about a book about her life she is currently putting together. She was a 1986 Folklife Heritage Award Winner.
