Arce talks about the group and solicits audience participation in dancing - they learn a Colombian dance. Johnny Conga (Miami, FL) discusses percussion and Hispanic folklore along with his personal history and the history of the conga drum.

He then discusses various rhythms associated with conga drumming such as comparsa (Cuba), plena (Puerto Rico), bomba (Puerto Rico), rumba (Cuba), abaqua (Afro-Cuban), agogo and samba (Brazil). He also discusses the "Mongo" style of playing, the calabash and Carnival. He plays a Mambo. The Rondalla Filipino String Band gives a history and explanation of the band and the instrument, banduria.
