Babs Wilhoit, WCTV, Tallahassee, Florida, television personality, receives a plaque from Roger Stake, executive director of the Florida Development Commission, on her last show. Mrs. Wilhoit is retiring after 17 years in television in Atlanta and Tallahassee. The plaque was presented for her outstanding services to Florida in tourist promotion.
