General Note
"This is a long view of the Simpson Nursery's dryer loaded for action. Richard H. Simpson, co-owner manager of the nursery here, signals to an employee to start the big blower-dryer which can handle 10,000 pounds (dry weight) of seeds per loading. In drying, the moisture content of the seeds is reduced from 57 percent to 7 percent."
