Accompanying note: "This messy Monday morning surprise was the scene in the outer offices of Broward Williams, administrative assistant to the Insurance Commissioner, as secretaries reported for work. Sometime during the weekend a section of the ceiling let go, showering desks, typewriters and filing cabinets with insulation material. The offices are located in the century-old section of the capitol building. From left are: Mrs. Wilda M. Charlotte, secretary to Williams; Hilda Cobb, Tallahassee, and Edna Lois De Land, Key West."
