Biographical Note

Chief Justice Grimes was born November 17, 1927, in Peoria, Illinois, the son of Henry H. and June K. Grimes. He served as Florida Supreme Court Justice from January 30, 1987 until November 17, 1997 (Chief Justice 4/21/1996-5/31/1996).
