Richard Parks operated a portrait studio in Tallahassee from 1962 to 1974. First called Richard Parks-Evon Streetman Photography, the studio was later renamed Richard Parks Photography after Streetman moved to Gainesville about 1965.
Biographical Note
Spurgeon Camp was born on June 28, 1925. A former Marine and WWII veteran, he married Ann Dixon Bannerman in 1949. Mr. Camp was an appliance store owner and served as Tallahassee City Commissioner in the 1950s. He later became Mayor of Tallahassee. Spurgeon Camp died on November 23, 2003.
