General Note
Richard Parks operated a portrait studio in Tallahassee from 1962 to 1974. First called Richard Parks-Evon Streetman Photography, the studio was later renamed Richard Parks Photography after Streetman moved to Gainesville about 1965.
Biographical Note
Born on June 10, 1930. He served in the Florida House: 1963-72 (as Speaker in 1971-72), and later in the Florida Senate: 1972-74. Dick Pettigrew was Special Asst. to the President for Governmental Reorganization: 1977-80.
