Photographer Richard Parks operated a portrait studio in Tallahassee from 1962 to 1974. First called Richard Parks-Evon Streetman Photography, the studio was later renamed Richard Parks Photography after Streetman moved to Gainesville about 1965.
Biographical Note
Miley Miers II was born February 6, 1927 in Montgomery, Alabama. He earned D.D.S. from Washington University in 1953. Served in the Florida House of Representatives from 1966 to 1972.
