General Note
Richard Parks operated a portrait studio in Tallahassee from 1962 to 1974. First called Richard Parks-Evon Streetman Photography, the studio was later renamed Richard Parks Photography after Streetman moved to Gainesville about 1965.
Biographical Note
George Milton was a prominent Tallahassee artist, FSU professor and a direct descendent of Civil War Governor John Milton. He served in the Air Force during World War II and studied at Alabama Polytechnic Institute at Auburn, Corcoran School of Art in Washington and Florida State University.
