Bones displayed on side of truck together with a pair of crippled steers inside are discussed here with Commissioner of Agriculture Doyle E. Conner pointing at left. A group of cattlemen from Polk County brought the afflicted animals along with the bones and teeth display here to point up the damage to animals by air pollution. A bill to put teeth in Florida's air pollution commission breezed through the House Public Health Committee yesterday. Right from Conner are Senator L.K. Edwards, of Irvine, who has extensive cattle interests. At left is Donald McLane.
