Ervin, left, beams at newsmen when he got the official word Governor Bryant named him a justice on the state's Supreme Court. With him is his golfing companion for the past 15 years, State School Superintendent Thomas D. Bailey, right. Ervin will don his justice robe in a swearing in ceremony at noon tomorrow. At the same time James Kynes, the Governor's executive assistant will become Florida' Attorney General."
