Ed Price, of Bradenton, left, and A.J. Ryan, Jr., of Dania. The bill would appropriate $511,000 to organize and set up the program which would provide engineering studies at the Master and Doctor levels and would be aided at satisfying the needs for Florida's space-age industries located in the area."
