Emory(Red) Cross, center, of Gainesville, talks over contents of a bill he has in the Senate which would require all meetings of any board or commission of any state agency or authority of any county or municipality to be public meetings and their records available to anyone needing them. Violation of the act would bring a fine up to $500 and imprisonment up to six months in the county jail. With Cross are Sens. Irlo Bronson, left, of Kissimmee; and William E.
