Chemstrand's nylon plant is served by Florida waterways which include part of the Intra-coastal canal, Pensacola and Escambia Bays and the Escambia River which winds its way past the 2,000 acre plant site. This scene shows the barge dock where bulk shipments of cyclohexane and other raw materials are unloaded for plant use.
