Accompanying note: "This huddle took place on floor of Senate moments after that body recessed at noon today for a later reapportionment committee meeting. Florida's legislature was called back into a special session for the third time in an effort to come up with a redistricting plan. Senators, from left are: F.W.(Dick) Williams, Wauchula; Dewey Johnson, Quincy, former president of the Senate and a key man in the current legislation; Clyde Galloway, DeFuniak Springs and B.C. Pearce, East Palatka."
